How to Use Nila Powder for Your Skin

Nila Powder Face Mask:
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of Nila powder
1 tablespoon of yogurt or honey
A few drops of rose water

Directions:

• Mix the Nila powder with yoghurt or honey to create a smooth paste.
• Add a few drops of rose water for extra hydration.
• Apply the mask evenly to your face and neck.
• Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
• Rinse off with lukewarm water and follow up with a moisturiser.
• This mask can help brighten your complexion and reduce redness, leaving your skin soft and refreshed.

Nila Powder Cleanser:
Mix a small amount of Nila powder with water to create a gentle, exfoliating cleanser. Massage it onto damp skin in circular motions and rinse off to remove impurities, dirt, and excess oil

 Nila Powder for Acne Spot Treatment:
For acne, mix Nila powder with a little aloe vera gel and apply it directly to blemishes. This helps soothe inflammation and speed up the healing process.
